Made my experiences with this provider a few months back and they weren’t really positive. Typical highwinds service, very jumpy :/

I have been with this provider for going 3 years now and I have no complaints at all. I switched from NewsDemon when Ngroups.NET offered a $9.99 a month deal for unlimited and haven’t looked back. The free SSL is great and the speed easily tops out my DSL connection. Have only had a few server issues in the time I’ve been a customer but those were usually sorted out within a few days. Customer support is first rate and retention is currently at 350 days on its way to 400 for binary files. Best usenet decision I ever made was moving to this provider, can’t be beat for the price I’m paying but would still be great value at regular price.
